June 14, 2010 - Are you a glass half full or a glass half empty mentality right now? What about those people around you at work and in life? How are they feeding and fueling your state of mind positively or negatively? If you find you are more down than up, then it is time to look around you and inside you to bring that positive energy and perspective back into being.

Take an MM&I Moment to only think of what is going well, right, and that you appreciate in your life and your work. No matter how small, no matter how simple, no matter how insignificant it might seem to someone else, it only matters that it matters to you. Let these things be your ray of light, hope and gratitude within you. Then keep this list and continue to add to it throughout the week. Before you know it, you won't just be seeing your glass half full, but literally flowing over with opportunities, blessings, and determination. It really is all up to you.
