October 26 - Are you dealing with something that you feel is all up to you? That you are on your own with this particular situation, responsibility or task? That you are the only one who can take it further or do it right? Then you are not being open to all possible resources, options and support. If you are feeling frustration, then it is time to start thinking beyond yourself.

Take an MM&I Moment and write down what is frustrating you. Open your mind and make a list of all possible resources or support you can pull in to take some of that frustration away. Make a list of the small steps that can be taken by someone else to move whatever it is forward? Then choose one item from your list and take action now. When you see it moving forward beyond the confines of you, then smile at the thought that you really are not in this alone.
