May 24, 2010 - What is it that you want more than anything, but also feel it is beyond reality to achieve? It is only beyond your reality because you have allowed yourself to believe that it is. The best way to change your reality is to change the way you are thinking about your reality.
Take an MM&I Moment and write down all the reasons why you desire and want this particular goal. Now write the reasons you think it is beyond reach. Now don't you think your reasons to want and achieve this goal are so much more important and powerful? Get out of your own head and then move forward with passion and conviction towards that goal!
