June 28, 2010 - Are you working on something or trying to achieve something where it seems there are nothing but roadblocks and delays? Oftentimes when we are feeling stuck, we are only focusing on what is going wrong. As a result, we lose sight of or become distracted away from why we are trying to achieve or accomplish something in the first place.

Take an MM&I Moment and think about what you ultimately hope will result from completing what you are working on or trying to achieve. What will it mean for you and for others in your life? Having vision takes you beyond what was possible, whereas seeing only what is in front of you can be confused as obstacles. With your vision reaffirmed, you can now confidently embrace your tasks with newfound energy. Best of all, you will see progress again because your focus will be on what you can do versus what you can't.
